Where are you located?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! All international orders are tracked, via Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service. This does mean that international shipping costs quite a lot, but I don't want things to get lost!

There's a problem with my order.

If you have any problems with your order at all, please email me at [email protected] – I will try my best to resolve the issue.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Under normal circumstances, UK orders will be posted first class, and should be with you within 2-4 business days. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. Such orders should take 5-10 business days.

However, please bear in mind that postal services in all countries may be slowed due to lockdowns and restrictions! So it's likely that this year things may take a little longer than usual.

How are orders mailed?

My prints are slipped into a plastic sleeve, and mailed out in a card-back envelope.

If anything arrives damaged, please let me know! I will do my best to fix the problem in the future.

Are your prints signed?

They can be! If you'd like me to sign something for you, just leave a note with your order.
